So, the thing is to say is product managers lean towards vision and strategy and TPMs lean more towards execution and delivery. Because you do need a lot of that. So, during interviewing for the product TPM role, the questions that we would ask would have a little bit of that, you know, gauging of, does this person understand why we develop these metrics?
