So, the thing is to say is product managers lean towards vision and strategy and TPMs lean more towards execution and delivery. Because you do need a lot of that. Thats when you would have both on the team. And thats why they kind of coming back to why we need this role. So, during interviewing for the product TPM role, the questions that we would ask would have a little bit of that, you know, gauging of, does this person understand why we develop these metrics?
