"(3) In this section "higher education corporation in Wales" means a higher education corporation established to conduct an institution whose activities are carried on, or principally carried on, in Wales." 68 Duty to monitor and report on financial sustain ability 18 In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified), at the appropriate place insert - (4) "Qualifying connected institution", in relation to an eligible higher education provider, means a college, school, hall or other institution - "secondary legislation" means an instrument made under primary legislation; functions" are the functions conferred on it by or under - (a) after paragraph (a) insert - 12 Before section 125 insert - (3) In section 12(3) (qualifying complaints), for "paragraph (e)" substitute "paragraph (da), (e), (ea)".
